Acceptance and service
By using SingRoom KTV you agree to these Terms. SingRoom lets users create and join karaoke rooms, search and reserve videos, manage sessions, and use available account and community features.
User responsibility
You are responsible for your account and must not impersonate others or abuse the service. Do not post spam, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, offensive material, or private personal information. Upload only photos and other content you have permission to share.
Third-party content
Videos remain with YouTube and their respective owners. Restricted or unavailable videos are not guaranteed to play. SingRoom does not host or download YouTube videos, grant rights to them, or bypass playback restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring your use is appropriate, including any permissions needed for a public event.
VIP purchases
VIP is available through the shop. Review the displayed price, duration, and included features before paying. Benefits apply to the purchasing account while its membership is active and expire at the stated end time. Supported in-app ad-free benefits do not remove YouTube’s own advertising. Contact support with your order reference for payment or membership issues.
Advertisements
Free users may see advertisements from third-party providers. External advertisements and websites are separate from SingRoom; an advertisement is not an endorsement.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, abuse its APIs, bypass access or payment restrictions, or interfere with other users. Security and rate-limit checks help protect room creation and participation.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. SingRoom KTV is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service. Availability can be affected by internet connectivity, browsers, and third-party services.
Updates and support
These Terms may change over time. Contact support with questions about the service or a purchase. Do not include passwords or payment credentials.
