Information we collect
When you use SingRoom KTV, we may collect account information such as display name, email and profile information; room activity, reservations and favorites; community messages and uploaded photos; device and browser information; analytics; payment references and subscription status; and advertising-related information.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, remember preferences, improve reliability, prevent spam and abuse, provide support, manage paid features, and display advertisements to free users.
Authentication, hosting, and payments
Google Firebase provides hosting, authentication, and data services. PayMongo handles supported checkout payments. Do not send payment credentials through chat or support email. We use payment references and confirmed payment status to manage purchases.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary browser storage supports sign-in, room sessions, security, cached song data, and preferences. Optional analytics can be managed through Privacy & analytics in the footer. That control updates optional analytics preferences; it is not consent to personalized advertising.
Advertising providers
Free users may see third-party advertising, including Adsterra in-page banners and a floating Social Bar. Google AdSense integration may serve ads when enabled and approved. Vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Google advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize advertising across sites, subject to applicable consent. Active VIP offers supported in-app ad-free features; external YouTube advertising is separate.
Advertising choices
You can manage Google personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and consult advertising providers’ privacy and opt-out information using the links below. Google ad-storage and personalization defaults are denied in the app; its privacy acknowledgement does not grant those permissions. Browser privacy controls can also restrict third-party storage, although that may affect site features.
Public content and shared photos
Display names, room names, queued songs, community messages and photos may be visible to other users. Photo viewing and downloads can include a SingRoom frame with the uploader’s name and upload date and time. Recipients may share downloaded images elsewhere. Only upload photos you have permission to share and avoid sensitive personal information.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with providers that operate authentication, hosting, analytics, payments, and advertising. Embedded videos are provided by YouTube under its own terms and privacy policies.
Security and children’s privacy
We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Children should use SingRoom with guidance from a parent or guardian. Do not share passwords, private contact details, or payment information publicly.
