Help us reproduce the problem
Include the device, browser, approximate time, exact error, and steps you tried. If relevant, share the room code privately or include a cropped screenshot. For payment questions, include the order reference, not card details.
Protect your personal information
Never send passwords, one-time sign-in codes, or payment credentials. Remove private information from screenshots. You can first check the Help and FAQ page for common joining, playback, favorites, and VIP problems.
